Institute for Professional Qualification and Insertion – iJOVEM is a non-profit Civil Society Organization that aims to develop concrete actions for professional qualification and insertion of young people and adolescents in the job market.

Young people and adolescents in Brazil, as in any economy in the world, have great difficulty in entering the job market. iJOVEM will be the spokesperson and the appropriate and legal means of facilitating access for young people and adolescents in their first work experience, through registration, selection, enrollment, training in qualification and monitoring programs.
